► What happens if it rains?
All Saloukee jewellery is protected using a moisture-resistant sealant which allows the jewellery to be splash and moisture proof. However, the jewellery is not waterproof and we would still recommend keeping all items safe from the rain, your bath time and the washing up!
► How should I store my jewellery?
Saloukee jewellery needs just an extra bit of tender loving care and to help you with this, every item comes packaged in its very own Saloukee box. We would recommend that your jewellery is carefully placed back in this, after each wear and ensure it is stored in a dry place at all times.
Be attentive when travelling with your Saloukee jewellery and be sure to carry separately from other non-paper jewellery. Shine the silver from time to time with a jewellery cloth to keep it sparkling. For a full revamp or replacement, do take advantage of our 'paper and polish' service
► How does the service work?
Once payment is made, email confirmation of the order will be sent directly to you from Saloukee HQ. You will then be informed of the Saloukee HQ address to send your earrings to and asked for any special requirements. (It is our recommendation that you send the package recorded or special delivery to ensure safe arrival to us, we accept no responsibility of loss of items on transit to us).
► How quickly will my item be made once my order has been placed?
Once your package has arrived with us, email confirmation of its arrival will be sent directly to you from Saloukee HQ. Once you have received this, the paper will be replaced and the silver polished, especially for you within 7 working days.
► How long will my order take to ship?
Once the item is ready to be shipped, you will receive further email confirmation with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
UK orders are sent with guaranteed next day delivery.
Everywhere else in the world, delivery is guaranteed within 2-6 working days.
