► What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and Solo, all securely processed through PayPal.
► Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from the Saloukee Online Store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to place an order with Saloukee. Although if you already have a PayPal account, of course you may use it.
Orders
► Will Saloukee take custom orders?
Yes, if there is a particular colour or combination of colours that you have in mind and we don't have the option on our site, then just drop us an email and we will do our best to cater to your needs.
Delivery
► How quickly will my item be made once my order has been placed?
Once payment is made, email confirmation of the order will be sent directly to you from Saloukee HQ. Once you have received this, the product will be made to order within 7 working days.
► How long will my order take to ship?
Once the item is ready to be shipped, you will receive further email confirmation with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
UK orders are sent with guaranteed next day delivery.
Everywhere else in the world, delivery is guaranteed within 2-6 working days.
**If you are in a hurry, please email Saloukee directly (with your order reference) and we will do our best to process the order in time for when you need the product.**
► Is my jewellery insured during transit?
Yes, all packages are sent via Royal Mail, (Special Delivery for UK and Airsure for rest of world) with tracking and an insurance value of up to £500.
Refunds
► Do Saloukee accept refunds?
Yes, we want you to be happy with your jewellery, so we do accept returns on unwanted items provided that you contact us within 7 days of receipt. In the unikely event that the items you receive are faulty, we will refund the cost of returning the item to us and arrange an exchange or refund with you.
If your item is damaged during transit please contact Saloukee directly within 72 hours of receiving the item, to arrange an exchange or refund.
► Are there any exceptions to the refund terms?
Yes, unfortunately are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.
We also cannot accept returns or exchanges of specially commissioned jewellery. These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights.
